People often stay at the hotel for work and then come back over and over again with their families and friends mainly because they enjoy our food so much.
The menu is simple and seasonal for its most part and after the first read one could tell our chef-owner loves fish and Italian food. Lunch menu is different every day and is often prepared with produce from the local farmers market.
The wine list is also ever-changing and consists of our favourite Bulgarian wines.
